Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Restoration Guarantee

If a ritual item arrives in a state less than perfect, we offer a 14-day replacement window. We believe in the quality of our engineering and stand by every patch and gel.

2. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they enter the sterilization and dispatch phase at our Varanasi hub.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source within 5-7 business days through our secure settlement partners.
